Keith Thompson, P.T., C.S.C.S.
Partner
Keith graduated from Georgia State University in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. Responsible for corporate compliance and human resources, Keith has extensive experience in orthopedics and sports medicine and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Keith is married and has one child. During his free time, Keith is actively involved in his church and enjoys spending time with his family and playing softball.

Chad Whitefield, P.T.A.

Chad graduated from the University of Alabama - Birmingham in 1994 with an associate’s degree in physical therapy. Chad has extensive experience in industrial medicine, FCEs and orthopedics. He is responsible for clinical development and marketing. Chad is married and has two children. In his free time, Chad enjoys water sports and spending time with his family.

Steve Chenoweth, P.T.

Steve graduated from Georgia State University in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. Steve's professional background includes inpatient and outpatient physical therapy practice as well as private practice (since 1997). He has clinical expertise in sports and orthopedic rehab, manual therapy, industrial rehab and diabetic wound care. Steve currently oversees the financial and operational aspects of the Advance clinics. He devotes much of his free time to the Camden Youth Soccer Association where he has served as the head coach of the under-19 boys select team and been a financial contributor to the program since 1997. He is married with one child. Steve also plays league soccer in Jacksonville, Fla., and enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing.

Sam Echols, P.T.

Sam graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. After graduation, Sam worked extensively in outpatient orthopedics. With advanced training in manual therapy and orthopedics, Sam is in charge of clinical competency for the licensed staff at Advance. Sam is married and enjoys water skiing and hunting.
